Affordable Home Improvement
The Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity ReStore welcomes the public to shop our inventory of donated NEW and REUSABLE building materials. Products offered include kitchen cabinets, appliances, doors, windows, tile, hardwood flooring, light fixtures, household items and furniture, as well as many other items to help you complete your home improvement projects. Items are sold at 50% to 80% of retail.
ReStore Mission: Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity ReStore supplies overstocked, discontinued, new, and used building materials donated by manufacturers, stores, contractors, and individuals. These donated items are sold to the public at bargain prices or used in the construction of Habitat houses. Revenue from ReStore sales goes to building homes.

Our program is made possible by the costs saved by volunteers who share their time and talent in all areas of our organization. As a small organization, we are always in need of new volunteers. Volunteering is a wonderful way to get involved in the community. We have opportunities for volunteers of all skill levels, in both construction and non-construction roles.

With a bit of imagination, a coat of paint, or some new hardware, you can transform an old cabinet, door, window, table, or chair into something fresh and unique. Upcycling projects are a great way for your family and friends to bond, create memories, and work together towards a common goal, while reducing our carbon footprint and contributing to a more sustainable future. Furniture for sale at the Habitat ReStore is in great condition as is, but some pieces that appear outdated may get overlooked. That’s where the creative DIY’er can find their best inspiration. You can transform almost any piece of furniture, into something completely different, fun and useful. We would love to see pictures of your DIY projects!
